Our Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you require any changes to your order, please contact the shop by email at [email protected] within 1-4 hours after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes.
Shipping
We use Canada Post as our main shipping carrier and only ship within North America. Please contact Canada Post directly if you have not received your package within the expected shipping time as outlined by Canada Post.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you have selected tracked shipping, your tracking number will be located in your shipping notification. We also offer free tracked shipping on all orders above $99CAD.

Free Local Delivery
We’re happy to bring your order right to your doorstep — free of charge! Once a week, during regular business hours, we’ll make safe, contactless deliveries so your new treasures arrive with care and a smile!
Lost or Damaged Items
Once your package has been handed over to Canada Post, we are no longer held responsible for any lost or damaged items. We recommend contacting Canada Post directly to resolve any issues. If you have received an item due to material defects, breakage and malfunction, please refer to our Return and Exchange policy.
