Returns

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased please contact us immediately. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the ship date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Any return or exchange must be made in a timely manner and items must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns on tarnished jewellery will not be accepted. If you find your jewellery has tarnished, please read our FAQ page on how to clean it and prevent further tarnishing.

**All returns are subject to a 10% processing/stocking fee NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return authorization must be obtained from Joyful Gems Handmade Jewellery before sending your purchase back.

If you have purchased a product from our stock that has a defect in workmanship, we will replace it with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the 10% Processing fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
